Travel Health Clinics
Travel Health Clinics are regularly held at our West Bergholt Surgery. We are also a designated Yellow Fever Clinic. You may be able to have some of the NHS vaccinations at your local Surgery, but your first travel appointment will be with our trained Travel Health Nurse at North Hill Surgery.
Please plan in advance – we cannot guarantee to offer you a last minute appointment.
It is advisable that you attend the Travel Clinic at least 6 weeks in advance of travelling.
If you are travelling to a few exotic destinations you may require several courses of vaccinations which have to be given over a 4-6 week period.
Please click on the link below and complete a Travel Vaccination Form to give us as much information as possible about your travel itinerary. This will enable our Travel Nurse to plan what vaccinations you may require before travelling. This form will need to be taken to West Bergholt Surgery so that an appointment can be arranged for you.
There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below

To help us offer the appropriate advice, please print the Travel Vaccination Form, fill it out and send it to us so the Travel Nurse can assess what you require and then arrange an appointment with you.
