Practice Management

Practice Manager

Rachel Beales has been with the Practice for over 10 years, she was appointed as Practice Manager in September 2012 and manages all day to day operational issues.

Human Resources Manager

Rebecca Renshaw is responsible for all HR issues, clinical rotas, administration of the registrars, medical students and work experience students, staff training and is the health and safety lead for the practice.

Finance Manager

Jane Deacon has full responsibility for all Finance matters within the practice including Payroll.


The Practice has a team of secretaries and administrators who deal with the administration for the three surgeries.


Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries.

They can provide basic information on services and results.

Our receptionists will ask for a brief description of your condition/query in order to direct you to the most appropriate person in the team.

Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
